Thibaut Courtois will reportedly demand a fresh move away from Chelsea during the summer transfer window. The Belgian is expected to express his desire for a fresh challenge once Antonio Conte takes charge at Stamford Bridge.

The 23-year-old has been the subject of speculation in recent days after it emerged that he had fall out with goalkeeping coach Christophe Lollichon.

According to The Sun, Courtois is ready to call time on his Blues career and will request to leave when he holds formal talks with the new head coach.

Real Madrid are known to be leading the player\'s pursuit whilst Barcelona and Paris Saint-Germain are keeping tabs on the developments.

Courtois has three years left on his existing deal at Chelsea.
