Chelsea are reported to have opened negotiations with Juventus over a record deal for French midfielder Paul Pogba. The former Manchester United graduate has developed into a top-class footballer ever since his move from Old Trafford in 2012.
Pogba is said to be open to a Premier League return with interest high from Chelsea and Manchester City.
Get French Football News says the Blues have had constant contact with the Italian champions as they bid to lure Pogba to Stamford Bridge ahead of the 2016/17 campaign.
It is added that the only stumbling block would be the transfer price with the Old Lady reluctant to come down on their £80m valuation for their asset.
Spanish giants Barcelona and Real Madrid have also expressed interest in the Frenchman over the past year.
