David de Gea will stay put at Manchester United after Real Madrid dropped interest in his services. The 25-year-old came close to joining Los Blancos last summer before a delay in paperwork pulled the plug on the deal.
The Spaniard has since inked a four-year extension at Old Trafford showing his commitment to his present employers.
