Man Utd to cash in on Marcus Rojo

Rojo set to depart United?

Man Utd to cash in on Marcus Rojo

26 June 2016 - 15:27

Marcus Rojo is free to leave Manchester United over the summer. The 26-year-old is not in the plans of new boss Jose Mourinho.

  • Fabrizio Romano updates on Nicolas Jackson's future at Chelsea
  • Arsenal suffer big injury blow ahead of Fulham game
  • According to One World Sports, the versatile defender is deemed surplus to requirements at Old Trafford, and has been told to find a new club in the transfer window.

Rojo has largely struggled to settle at United with a series of injuries denting his progress.

Clubs from Italy and Spain are interested in pursuing the player, who has the ability to fill at either centre-back or left-back.

United are willing to offload Rojo for £9.75m which is quite a loss considering they acquired his services from Sporting Lisbon for £16m in 2014.
