Chelsea are set to lodge a new offer for Roma midfielder Radja Nainggolan. The Belgian international is the prime target for the Blues this summer.

The Blues have already had two bids rebuffed for the 28-year-old with the Giallorossi reluctant to cash in on their asset.

According to The Mirror, manager Antonio Conte will maintain his interest in the midfield enforcer with the club ready to make a third and final offer of £31m.

Conte is believed to be a huge admirer of the player's talents since his time at former club Juventus.

Nainggolan is currently featuring for Belgium who have made it to the quarter finals of the European championships in France.
