No bids made for Man Utd and Liverpool target

Gremio have insisted that they have not yet received any bids for highly rated attacker Luan, according to reports in Brazil.

  • Brazilian media outlet Samba Foot are reporting that Gremio are yet to receive any offer for their sort after attacker Luan.

    The 23-year-old is being tracked by a host of top clubs, with Manchester United, Liverpool and Premier League champions Leicester City all interested.

    FC Barcelona were also thought to be weighing up a move for Luan, but, as yet, no offer has been tabled.

    The Brazil under-23 international is currently represented his country in the Olympic football tournament. Luan’s impressive displays have caught the eye, as he has played a vital role in helping the host nation reach the final. Brazil will take on Germany this evening as they hope to secure their first ever gold medal for football.

    Luan’s Olympic team mate Gabriel “Gabigol” Barbosa is another player who is attracting the attention of several of Europe’s top clubs, with Manchester United and Leicester City both interested in signing the gifted teenager, along with the likes of Atlético Madrid, Barcelona and Juventus.

    The two promising young forwards will be joined by the liked of new Manchester City signing Gabriel Jesus, Paris Saint Germain defender Marquinhos and Barcelona superstar Neymar in their quest for gold today, with the hopes of a nation resting on their shoulders.
