Bayern Munich are ready to table a record sum to sign Everton striker Romelu Lukaku in January. The Belgian international has been in fine form for the Toffees once again this season.
Lukaku was tipped to make way from Goodison Park in the summer before manager Ronald Koeman managed to convince the striker to stay put at the club.
Since then, he has netted six goals and two assists in the league, but there are still concerns over the club's inconsistent run.
According to The Sun, Bayern will seek to prise away from the marksman in the New Year with the club's hierarchy prepared to pay a German record fee of £65m for his signature.
Michael Reschke, who is the German champions' head of recruitment, was in attendance to watch the player during Everton's credible 1-1 draw at Manchester City last weekend.
