Chelsea are preparing a winter offer for Paris Saint-Germain attacker Javier Pastore. The Argentina international has had restricted playing time under Unai Emery this season.
Pastore, 27, has had his injury troubles in recent seasons, and this has hindered his chances of earning a regular run in the first-team.
According to Get French Football News, the Blues are willing to offer an escape route to the Argentine with Antonio Conte ready to lodge a January bid for his services.
Conte has kept a close watch on Pastore since his time at Palermo, and he had thoughts of making an approach in the summer.
Pastore has already been linked with multiple Serie A clubs this month whilst a lucrative move to the Chinese Super League is not out of the cards.
The Argentine has racked 38 goals and 46 assists for Paris Saint-Germain till date.
