Inter Milan have reportedly contacted Steven Gerrard over the possibility of ending his playing career in the Serie A.
The former Liverpool captain is assessing his options after he concluded his 18-month stint with LA Galaxy this month.
Gerrard, 36, has been recently linked with a return to Merseyside in a coaching capacity whilst a switch to management with MK Dons is also on the cards.
According to The Independent, the veteran could be offered the chance to prolong his professional career by a further six months with Nerazzurri seemingly interested in his services.
