  • The Premier League champions have been monitoring Ndidi's progress in recent months and have reportedly contacted Genk with a firm offer this morning.

The 19-year-old is regarded as one of the best young prospects in the Belgian Jupiler League as well as one of Africa's best up and coming talents and is thus on the Foxes' radar.

Leicester City are confident that a deal can be wrapped up in the January transfer window.
