Besiktas winger Anderson Talisca has been identified a potential transfer target for Manchester United ahead of this summer's transfer window.

  • Arsenal to swap Gabriel Jesus for Inter Milan star?
  • Arsenal leading race to sign Belgian midfielder

  • The 23-year-old was previously associated with the likes of Liverpool and Wolverhampton Wanderers last summer before he linked up with Turkish giants Besiktas on a two-year loan deal.

Talisca has amassed eight goals in 16 outings for the Istanbul outfit, and it is understood that Besiktas will seek to keep him until the conclusion of his temporary contract.

According to Turkish-football.com, United boss Jose Mourinho is a huge admirer of the Brazilian talent and will seek to push through a deal when the transfer window reopens in July.

The Mancunian giants are in need of additional recruits in the attacking department with Memphis Depay having left for Lyon while skipper Wayne Rooney is likely to push for a move elsewhere.

Talisca currently has a release clause of around £20m, and this could be easily triggered by United, provided they find a solution on his work permit - which prevented him from moving to England last summer.
