West Ham back in for Carlos Bacca?

Hammers could return for Bacca's services this summer

West Ham back in for Carlos Bacca?

West Ham United are set to retain their interest in AC Milan's Carlos Bacca just a year after the player snubbed a move to east London.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The Colombia international is said to be keen on a fresh challenge in the summer with former admirers Arsenal at the top of his wishlist.

According to The Mirror, the Hammers could revive their pursuit of the former Sevilla man as they seek to add a top-class marksman to their ranks ahead of the next season.

Slaven Bilic largely failed to make the most of his transfer business last summer with loan recruits Simone Zaza, Jonathan Calleri and Gokhan Tore all failing to impress in the first-team.

Milan had reportedly accepted a bid of around £25m from the Hammers last year, but Bacca decided to snub their advances in order to wait for better offers from the likes of Arsenal and Atletico Madrid.

Bacca has managed to net 14 goals for the Rossoneri during the ongoing campaign, but he is now prepared to move in for a fresh challenge - which could bring the Hammers back onto the focus.
