Allegri has squashed any rumours linking him with a move away by putting pen to paper a deal that will see him remain at the club until 2020.
The 49-year-old Italian took over Juventus from Antonio Conte in 2014 and has carried on the success left behind by his predecessors as he won three consecutive Serie A titles, three Copa Italias, one Italian Super Cup and entered two Champions League finals.
Juventus released an official statement on their website, saying: "Juventus is pleased to announce that Massimiliano Allegri has signed a contract renewal at the club until 2020."
"Despite defeat in last weekend’s Champions League final in Cardiff, Allegri has undeniably transformed the club into a significant player on the continent."
Allegri was poised to take over Arsenal manager Arsene Wenger. However, the latter signed a two-year extension at the North London club.
Juventus' 4-1 loss to Real Madrid in the Champions League was a bitter end to an otherwise brilliant campaign with the Turin club's domination of Barcelona a clear indication of Allegri's tactical genius. They also finished six points clear of Roma to win the league and won the Coppa Italia to complete an unprecedented third consecutive domestic double.
