Arsenal boss Arsene Wenger has admitted that he was concerned during the Gunners' 1-0 triumph over Doncaster Rovers in the third round of the League Cup.
Theo Walcott gave a half-time lead for the Gunners after he scored midway through the first period, but the club were thereafter on the backfoot for most of the game.
Doncaster came close to finding an equaliser with both Liam Mandeville and Andy Buttler late in the game but the north London giants held onto their slender lead.
Speaking to BBC Sport, Wenger gave credit to the League One side, who showed no drop in fitness levels throughout the Cup tie. He added that he was concerned with how the match paved out in the final minutes with Doncaster having pushed to level the scores.
"Yes that was hard work, credit to Doncaster, they kept going. We started well in the first 35 minutes but we decreased slowly," he said.
"We lost our collective game and couldn't score the second goal, it became more difficult. We wanted to score goals we were just lacking. It was a typical cup game. I was concerned, they looked dangerous."
Arsenal have been drawn against Norwich City in the fourth-round tie which is scheduled to be played in the week commencing October 23.
