Arsenal players are reportedly unhappy with the conduct of Mesut Ozil and Alexis Sanchez following their reluctance to take part in post-match interviews and other planned events.

  • Chelsea ready to sell four home-grown players
  • Predicted Chelsea line-up (4-2-3-1) vs Aston Villa, Palmer starts

  • The pair are in the final year o their respective Arsenal contracts, and as things stand, the Gunners could lose the duo on free transfers at the end of the season.

According to The Mirror, a growing contingent of Arsenal's players are frustrated by the attitude of their star attackers. Ozil and Sanchez failed to mark their attendance during a contractual corporate sponsorship event after the League Cup win over Doncaster Rovers last month, despite a whole lot of players including the injured Danny Welbeck showing his presence.

The north London club claimed that both players were ill to attend the function, although the pair were fit enough to feature against West Bromwich Albion a few days later.

Ozil has recently been linked with a winter move with both Manchester United and Inter Milan interested, whilst Arsenal are considering a potential swap with Paris Saint-Germain involving Sanchez and Julian Draxler.
