Newcastle United and Leicester City are reportedly among the contenders to sign Marcus Rashford on a season-long loan from Manchester United next term.
The 20-year-old had a rather frustrating 2017/18 campaign under Jose Mourinho where he managed just 17 league starts whilst often featuring on the wings than in his preferred centre-forward position.
As a result, there is understood to be a small possibility of Rashford being loaned out next season with Newcastle and Leicester interested, The Mail claims.
Leicester are seemingly looking for a new marksman to support Jamie Vardy with attacker Riyad Mahrez expected to leave the King Power Stadium this summer.
On the other hand, Newcastle are yet to find a fix to their goalscoring issue upfront and Rafael Benitez has made it a priority to sign a top-class centre-forward in the transfer window.
Rashford played a direct part in 12 league goals for United in the season just past and he was on target during England's 2-0 win over Costa Rica on Thursday evening with a stunning long-range strike.
