Arsenal have confirmed that club graduate Chuba Akpom has left the Emirates Stadium to join Greek side PAOK Salonkia on a permanent basis.
Akpom had been with the Gunners since the age of six and he earned his first professional contract with the club leading into the 2013/14 season.
Despite this, he could not make a notable impression with the Gunners, having been restricted to just 12 appearances - none of which he managed to find the scoresheet.
The north London giants have now confirmed that the 22-year-old has parted ways on a permanent deal with PAOK offering him a chance to revive his career.
"Chuba Akpom has joined Greek Super League side PAOK Salonika in a permanent move," a statement read on the Gunners' official website shortly after the move.
Aside from Arsenal, Akpom has featured for six separate clubs on loan with Belgian outfit Sint-Truden being his most recent. He managed six goals during his temporary stay in the second half of last season.
