Crystal Palace are reportedly planning to reward Wilfried Zaha with an improved contract after keeping him out of the clutches of their Premier League rivals.
The Ivory Coast international had been heavily linked with a move to Tottenham Hotspur but a deal never materialised before the English transfer deadline.
Since then, there has been the talk of Borussia Dortmund making an approach for his signature but Zaha has stated that he is committed to the Capital outfit.
According to The Sun, the south London side are now in talks over a new contract with Zaha despite him having four more years remaining on his existing deal.
Earlier in the summer, Zaha had turned down a long-term deal worth £125,000-a-week but he now appears likely to accept a similar offer in the coming days.
Zaha was on the scoresheet for Crystal Palace on Saturday as they clinched a 2-0 victory over Fulham on the road. Jeffrey Schlupp was the other Eagles player, who found the net on the day.
