Tottenham Hotspur have reportedly received an injury boost with club-captain and goalkeeper Hugo Lloris likely to be fit for this weekend's Premier League game against Liverpool.

  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • The France international missed the Watford defeat with a thigh problem and he has since been excluded out of Les Bleus' squad for the Nations League games against Germany and the Netherlands.

Despite this, Lloris remains positive regarding his fitness and in a recent interview with RMC, the shot-stopper has suggested that he may return for the weekend meeting versus Liverpool.

"I am working hard to get back as quickly as possible," he said. "There may be a chance this weekend but we will see how much progress is made during the week."

Spurs begun the season with three straight victories but they have since suffered a dent after succumbing to a shock away defeat to Watford, who have been one of the surprise packages during the early phase.
