Despite constant speculation that Eden Hazard will swap Chelsea for a move to Real Madrid, club team-mate Alvaro Morata believes that Hazard will stay put at Stamford Bridge for the time being. Hazard told reporters that he is torn between a dream move to Madrid or staying in London.

  • Chelsea ready to sell Christopher Nkunku to Man Utd for £35m?

  • Hazard, who has been in blistering form so far this Premier League season, has been long linked with a move to La Liga but has so far yet to make a decision whereabouts his long-term future lies.

Morata, who has the experience of playing at both Chelsea and for Real Madrid, told Spanish media of Hazard's situation: "We’ve said that it’s not that he wants to leave Chelsea but if Madrid come in for him, that won’t be an obstacle.

“The thing is that he has a very good relationship with the club, he’s happy there and it’s not like other cases when a player wants to leave a club at any cost, but if it’s good for Chelsea they will keep that in mind.”
