Chelsea attacker ready to sign new long-term contract

Belgium international Eden Hazard has reportedly indicated that he is prepared to commit his future to Chelsea on a new long-term contract.

  • Chelsea to battle Leeds for Zion Suzuki?
  • Man Utd still favourites to sign Portuguese star
  • The 27-year-old has firmly established himself as the main man at Stamford Bridge over the years and he has started the current campaign in fine fashion with seven goals and three assists from just eight league outings.

Amidst this, the Belgian has been regularly linked with a move to long-time admirers Real Madrid and he has personally admitted that Los Blancos remain the dream club he would like to play for.

According to Gazzetta dello Sport, Hazard has supposedly had a change of thought regarding his future and he is prepared to stay put with the club for the long-term.

It is added that the attacker is set to earn a 50 per cent rise on his current £200,000-a-week wages, making him one of the top-five earners in the English top-flight.

Hazard has failed to contribute a goal or an assist in just one league game this term and he will be aiming to continue his bright form when the Blues host Manchester United this weekend.
