Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho is reportedly prepared to part ways with defensive duo Eric Bailly and Marcos Rojo during the winter transfer window.
Bailly has not featured for the Red Devils since being substituted in the 19th minute of the league game versus Newcastle United last month while Rojo has yet to make an appearance this term despite returning to full fitness after a knee injury.
According to The Telegraph, the Portuguese tactician is likely to sanction the departure of the defensive duo this winter as he looks to bring fresh faces into the heart of the backline.
At present, United are said to have an eye on Milan Skriniar, Jerome Boateng and Nathan Ake for the New Year and they are widely being tipped to pursue at least one recruit when the transfer window reopens.
Mourinho is also understood to be eyeing a new marksman in the New Year with Romelu Lukaku going through a lean run of 10 matches without finding the scoresheet.
