The Liverpool legend Kenny Dalglish aka King Kenny have commented that the partnership developed between Steven Gerrard and Fernando Torres is one of the kind which ranks amongst the Anfield greats.
Dalglish is the best man to say anything authoritive about perfect attacking partnerships, who created possibly the greatest of all striking partnerships ith another Reds legend Ian Rush, back in the eighties.
"The understanding that has developed between Torres and Steven Gerrard is becoming telepathic," said Dalglish.
The partnership of Dalglish and Ian Rush upfront had turned Liverpool into one of the best teams in Europe.
He was clearly impressed by the way Torres and Gerrard played in the attack against Reading.There were a couple of exchanges between them against Reading where one didn't even have to look for the other before a pass was played. They just seemed to be able to judge where the other wanted the ball played."
He has commented that it will fascinating to watch the duo over the next few season when they get better.
