Wilson planning permanent Reds exit?

Harry Wilson set to leave Liverpool?

29 May 2019 - 11:56

Liverpool attacker Harry Wilson is reportedly keen on securing a permanent move away from Anfield as he does not stand the chance of cementing a regular role under Jurgen Klopp.

  • Chelsea plan shock swoop for Sporting CP star
  • Chelsea have clear stance on signing Victor Osimhen
  • The 22-year-old spent the previous campaign on loan with Derby County where he was a huge hit with 18 goals and six assists across all competitions.

As such, there have previously been claims that Wilson could be integrated into the Reds setup next season, but the attacker does not seem keen on the prospect, The Mirror claims.

The Wales international is understood to be reluctant to play a bit-part role with the Reds and he could seek a permanent challenge elsewhere with several clubs interested in signing him.

Premier League trio Crystal Palace, Newcastle United and Brighton & Hove Albion are said to have expressed an interest in pursuing his services but the Welshman is also on the radar of several German and Spanish clubs.

Wilson has made just one first-team appearance for Liverpool to date.
