Chelsea are bracing for the departure of Eden Hazard after settling on a transfer package worth £115m with Spanish giants Real Madrid.
The Belgian has been with the Blues for the past seven seasons and during this period, he has carved a legendary status for himself while being involved in 191 goals for the club in all competitions.
Despite this, he has been reluctant to extend his contract beyond the summer of 2020 and it now appears that he could seal his dream move to Real Madrid after talking up the move in recent years.
According to Spanish outlet AS, Los Blancos have already agreed on a club-record package for the Blues attacker and they are now on the cusp of announcing the deal.
The same publication claims that Hazard will be rewarded with the iconic number 7 shirt which is currently in the hands of Mariano Diaz, who rejoined Los Blancos from Lyon last summer.
Hazard recently enjoyed his best-ever season with 21 goals and 17 assists for the Blues. He ended the campaign on a high with a 4-1 Europa League final triumph over Arsenal where he bagged two goals and an assist.
