Arsenal and Manchester United will reportedly have to pay a sum of around £30m in order to pursue the signature of Hakim Ziyech from Ajax this summer.

  • The Morocco international contributed an impressive tally of 21 goals and 24 assists for Ajax during the previous campaign and that helped them secure a domestic double for the first time in 17 years.

As a result, Ajax sporting director Marc Overmars has acknowledged that the attacker is likely to be sold during the summer and it appears that they have set a reasonable price for his services.

According to The Mirror, Arsenal and United are among the leading sides in the running to sign the 26-year-old, who could be available for just around £30m this summer.

Still, the price tag should prove a hefty one for the Gunners, considering they have working on a limited pre-sales budget of just £45m following their failure to qualify for next season's Champions League.

Ziyech has two years remaining on his contract with Ajax.
