Juventus have reportedly made contact with the representatives of Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Christian Eriksen regarding a Bosman transfer next summer.
Eriksen has less than 12 months remaining on his current deal with the north London giants and so far, he has given no indication that he is prepared to pen a new deal.
As such, there has been the speculation that he could be offloaded from the club's ranks but no clubs have shown the ambition of meeting Spurs' £60m valuation for the Denmark international.
According to The Mail, Eriksen may now see out the remainder of his contract with Spurs which would allow him to command a significant salary and signing-on fee next summer.
The same publication claims that the Bianconeri have made an initial enquiry over the attacker's plans and they could present him with a contract offer at the turn of the year.
Juventus have made the tendency of landing free transfers in recent seasons and they have acquired the services of Adrien Rabiot and Aaron Ramsey through the same route this summer.
