Chelsea star in line to make England squad

Chelsea striker Tammy Abraham is reportedly one of the players, who could be in contention to make the England squad for the forthcoming Euro 2020 qualifiers against Bulgaria and Kosovo.

  • Omari Hutchinson wants to continue at Ipswich Town

  • The 21-year-old has already represented the Three Lions on two occasions in 2017 but both of those games were in friendly encounters.

As a result, there has been speculation over the marksman mulling over switching his allegiance to Nigeria and Abraham has recently refused to rule out the same.

Amidst this, The Independent claims that Abraham may earn another call-up with the Three Lions when Gareth Southgate names his 23-man squad on Thursday.

Aside from Abraham, Blues teammate Mason Mount has been widely fancied to make the national team squad alongside Manchester United defender Aaron Wan-Bissaka.

Abraham was the subject of racial abuse from his own Blues fans earlier this month, but he has managed to redeem himself with a match-winning brace during the 3-2 triumph over Norwich City last weekend.
