Chelsea are reportedly looking at the possibility of re-signing Jeremie Boga from Sassuolo when the transfer window reopens at the end of the campaign.

  • The west London giants sanctioned his sale to the Serie A club in 2018 and the winger has since impressed with a tally of 12 goals from 46 appearances.

According to Goal.com, the Blues have been impressed with the progress made by the 23-year-old and they could be prepared to trigger a buy-back clause agreed at the time of his sale.

Boga joined Sassuolo for £2m in the summer of 2018 but reports claim that the Blues could re-sign him in the next transfer window for a fee in the region of £12.7m.

The Blues are expected to land a couple of wide attacking players in the summer with Pedro and possibly Willian heading through the exit door at the expiry of their contracts.

Jadon Sancho and Hakim Ziyech have been among the high-profile players linked with the Blues but it appears that they are also looking into a deal for Boga, who would be available on the cheap.
