Juventus are keen on landing the signature of both Emerson and Jorginho from Chelsea when the transfer window reopens.
Emerson has barely featured for the Blues in the backend of the season and he is expected to leave the Blues when the season concludes.
On the other hand, Jorginho has been an influential player for the Blues this term with 37 appearances and there is no intention from the club's side to sell him.
According to Tuttosport, the Bianconeri are keen on landing both players during the next transfer window and they are willing to offer Miralem Pjanic as a makeweight.
Emerson has been the subject of interest from several Italian sides over the past year and the Blues have been fancied to offload him with a new left-back due to be signed.
Meanwhile, Jorginho has been linked with a reunion with Sarri, having played under him at both Napoli and Chelsea. He has, however, clarified that he is clearly happy at the west London outfit.
