Juventus winger keen on Premier League move

31 May 2020 - 14:48

Juventus winger Federico Bernardeschi is reportedly keen on a move to the Premier League with Chelsea and Arsenal said to be interested in his services.

  • Chelsea to move for former Arsenal goalkeeper?
  • Former Chelsea boss to replace Erik ten Hag at Man Utd?

  • The Italy international has received limited playing time under Maurizio Sarri this term and he has been restricted to only 12 starts across all competitions.

As a result, he is said to be contemplating his future with the club and Gazzetta dello Sport claims that he could pursue a fresh challenge in the next transfer window.

It is added that the 26-year-old could favour a switch to the Premier League with Chelsea and Arsenal among the clubs credited with an interest in signing him.

The same publication cites that the Blues could have a better chance of landing the attacker, given the Bianconeri could offer the Italian as a makeweight to sign Jorginho this summer.

Jorginho has been regularly linked with a reunion with Maurizio Sarri. The duo have worked together at both Napoli and Chelsea and there are suggestions that they could reunite in Turin next term.
