Chelsea winger Callum Hudson-Odoi is set to make his comeback from a hamstring injury when the Blues entertain West Ham United on Monday night.
The England international has been nursing the muscular problem over the past two weeks, but he recently returned to training.
Hakim Ziyech has also recovered from a hamstring injury of his own, but the derby may come too soon for him, as per Football.London.
Hudson-Odoi was spotted in the full training session with the Blues on Friday afternoon whereas Ziyech was nowhere to be seen.
Lampard recently mentioned that he would make a late decision over the duo's inclusion and Hudson-Odoi appears very likely to feature.
The Blues have lost their way in the Premier League with back-to-back losses and they are nine points adrift of leaders Liverpool.
They can close the gap with the game in hand over the Hammers, but it won't be an easy challenge.
The Hammers did the double over them last season. They are currently just one point below them in the standings.
