  • The Dane left the north London club for Inter 12 months ago, but he has failed to impress for the Serie A outfit.

In his 40 appearances, he has bagged only four goals and three assists and the club have opened the door for his exit.

According to Sky Sports News, Inter are willing to loan him out for the rest of the season such that his transfer value is enhanced.

Spurs boss Jose Mourinho would welcome a reunion, but the clubs have yet to hold formal negotiations regarding a loan deal.

Eriksen has also been linked with a move to Spurs' fierce rivals Arsenal, but he is not a priority for them at the moment.

The Gunners are keen on landing the signature of Emiliano Buendia from Norwich City, but the £40m fee remains a stumbling block.

Spurs are currently fourth on the Premier League table, four points behind leaders Manchester United.
