Arsenal will make a fresh attempt to sign Joan Jordan during next summer's transfer window.
The Gunners recently made an approach for the Spaniard, but Sevilla made it clear that he won't be sold midway through the season.
According to Estadio Deportivo, the north London giants will make a fresh move in the summer with Mikel Arteta keen on shoring up the midfield.
Jordan has a release clause worth £53m on his contract, but reports claim that Sevilla could be willing to sell him for around £30m.
Jordan has been a key player for Sevilla over the past few years. In the current season, he has registered two goals and four assists from 29 games.
Overall, he has turned out 76 times for the Andalusian outfit since his move from Eibar in the summer of 2019.
The Gunners have been busy this month with the loan signings of Mat Ryan and Martin Odegaard from Brighton and Real Madrid respectively.
