Chelsea will reportedly need to break their club transfer record in order to sign Erling Haaland from Borussia Dortmund in the summer.
The Norwegian has registered 37 goals from just 38 games for Dortmund since arriving from Red Bull Salzburg 12 months ago.
His form has caught the eye of several high-profile clubs including Real Madrid and Football.London claims that the Blues are also interested.
Haaland has a £65m release clause on his Dortmund contract, but that does not become active until the conclusion of the 2021/22 season.
Hence, Dortmund are unlikely to entertain his sale this summer unless a club is willing to pay a significant fee of more than £100m.
Kepa Arrizabalaga is currently the Blues' record signing, having arrived from Athletic Bilbao for around £72m three years ago.
Chelsea are currently ninth on the Premier League table with 30 points, seven adrift of the Champions League places.
They will be in action against Burnley at Stamford Bridge on Sunday afternoon.
