Manchester United could land the signature of Juventus midfielder Adrien Rabiot in a swap deal involving Alex Telles.
Telles was signed from Porto last summer with the view to competing with Luke Shaw for the left-back position.
However, Shaw's form has been exceptional over the course of this season, and Telles has hardly played in the Premier League.
According to Calciomercato, Telles could leave the Red Devils after just one campaign, and he is open to joining a new league.
The Bianconeri are interested in signing him, and they will propose a part-exchange deal with Rabiot moving in the opposite direction.
United have been long-term admirers of Rabiot, and they could land him amid the uncertain future of compatriot Paul Pogba.
Pogba has only 14 months remaining on his contract, and as things stand, he could be heading for a potential summer exit.
Telles has vastly featured in the European games, but Shaw may replace him when the club face Roma in the last four of the Europa League.
