Serie A giants AC Milan have agreed personal terms with Chelsea striker Olivier Giroud, Calciomercato claims.
The Frenchman played just 1200 minutes for the Blues last season, but still found the back of the net on 11 occasions.
The Blues recently extended his contract for another year, but he has been fancied to head for the exit door.
According to Calciomercato, Milan have agreed a two-year deal with the marksman worth £66,000-a-week.
They will now proceed to negotiate the transfer fee. It is reported that they could pay around £3.5m for his services.
West Ham United have also been linked with the 34-year-old, who has spent nearly a decade in the English capital.
However, he appears prepared to leave London with the chance to play regular first-team football with Milan.
Milan are back in the Champions League after seven seasons, and this could be a driving factor behind Giroud's decision.
Aside from Giroud, Tammy Abraham and Michy Batshuayi are among the other strikers expected to leave the Blues.
