Arsenal have emerged as potential contenders to sign RB Leipzig midfielder Marcel Sabitzer.
The Gunners are looking for a creative playmaker this summer, and they are yet to identify their top target.
They were hopeful of re-signing Martin Odegaard after his loan stint, but that option has been ruled out.

According to Bild, the Gunners have now been credited with an interest in Sabitzer, who is expected to leave Leipzig.
He has a €50m release clause on his contract, but will be sold for less with his contract expiring in June next year.
It was recently reported that he could be available for €17m, but Leipzig are planning to charge much more for him.
The Austria international registered nine goals and seven assists from 39 appearances for the Bundesliga giants last term.
Sabitzer has the preference to play in Europe, but the Gunners will hope to convince him with a big-money contract.
