West Ham United are set to land the signature of Kurt Zouma after agreeing personal terms with the Chelsea defender.
The Hammers have actively sought to sign a central defender this summer. They recently agreed to pay €30m for the Frenchman.
Despite this, there was a stumbling block over personal terms. They have now found a solution, and Zouma will join them by tomorrow.
