Manchester United are reportedly interested in landing the signature of Youri Tielemans from Leicester City.
The Belgian has less than two years left on his existing contract, and he recently said that he is open to everything.
According to Fabrizio Romano, Tielemans could be the subject of high-profile interest during next summer's transfer window.
He added that the Red Devils are among the top contenders to land his signature alongside Real Madrid and Barcelona.
Paul Pogba has yet to renew his United contract. He could leave on a free transfer when his current deal expires in June 2022.
The Red Devils are optimistic of extending the Frenchman's stay, but they have a contingency plan in place if he leaves.
The club have been long-term admirers of Tielemans, and they were initially interested in him when he was with Anderlecht.
Having monitored his progress with the Foxes in recent years, the Mancunian giants could make a move for him soon.
