Arsenal defender Sead Kolasinac has emerged as a potential target for Watford ahead of the January transfer window.
The Bosnian has been largely out-of-favour during the current campaign. He has managed just 270 minutes of game time.
His current deal expires next summer, but The Telegraph claims that he could be offloaded at the beginning of the year.
Kolasinac is one of the highest earners at the club at £140,000-a-week, and the Gunners could mutually terminate his deal.
Watford are ready to offer an escape route in January. Manager Claudio Ranieri is prepared to assure him a regular starting role.
Kolasinac is comfortable playing at left-back, but he has also operated in central defence. Ranieri wants him for the latter of those roles.
The 28-year-old is currently on the sidelines after an ankle injury on international duty, but he is expected to return to training in January.
He may have played his final game for the Gunners amid Watford's interest.
