  • The youngster signed a new deal with the Gunners last season, and he has since been one of their stand-out performers.

His current contract does not expire until June 2024, but the hierarchy are already planning to extend his stay at the club.

According to Turkish journalist Ekrem Konur, the club are determined to tie Saka to a new deal until the summer of 2027.

Saka made a slow start to the current campaign after a minor injury, but he has picked up form since the last international break.

The north London giants are currently on a three-match winning streak in the Premier League that sees them fourth on the table.

Saka has been instrumental from the right wing position, and he will be aiming to continue the good form against Norwich City.

The Gunners travel to Carrow Road for the Boxing Day encounter.
