Brazilian midfielder Bruno Guimaraes has insisted that he is focused on Lyon amid the speculation linking him with Arsenal.
The 24-year-old was on the Gunners' radar last winter, but Lyon won the race to sign him from Athletico Paranaense for €20 million.
He has since established himself as one of the best defensive midfielders in Ligue 1. The Gunners are now mulling over a fresh move.
Amidst this, Guimaraes has emphasised that he does not ponder over transfer gossip, and the onus is on moving up the league with Lyon.
He told Globo Esporte: "I don't really like to think about it. I let my agent manage that. When the time comes, we'll talk about it again. The focus now is on moving up the league table and putting Lyon in the correct position."
Lyon are open to selling Guimaraes this month, provided they receive around €45m. They prefer a straight-cash deal for the midfielder.
The Gunners are not in a position to pay the fee outright, and they are reportedly looking at alternatives including Juventus' Arthur.
