Arsenal's Swiss defender Johan Djourou is set to return to his club from Birmingham City in January. Arsene Wenger revealed the move was only ever for 6 months as Arsenal will lose Emmanuel Eboue and Kolo Toure to the African Nations in January.
Djourou has been playing regularly for Birmingham and Wenger has been thought to have allowed Djourou to leave on loan to gain more experience.
Arsene Wenger is believed to value Johan Djourou very highly and has no long-term intentions of selling the central defender.
