Arsenal are reportedly close to signing Leeds United winger Raphinha, according to Goal Brasil.
The Gunners have already bolstered their attack this summer with the signings of Marquinhos and Fabio Vieira.
They are expected to continue their spending over the coming months, and it is reported that Raphinha could be the next to join.
Raphinha's agent Deco has been in contact with technical director Edu, and it is claimed that Leeds are expecting a formal bid.
The Yorkshire outfit value him at around £50 million, but the Gunners may look to lower the price by including add-ons.
Barcelona were initially deemed favourites to land Raphinha, but their interest has cooled amid financial concerns.
They need to balance their books first, and it appears the 25-year-old is not prepared to wait patiently for their approach.
This has handed the advantage to the Gunners, who are aiming to add more quality and depth ahead of the new campaign.
There could be plenty of rotation among teams next term due to the congested schedule, either side of the World Cup.
