New Chelsea manager Graham Potter could reportedly earn up to £60 million during his time at the club.
The Blues confirmed Potter as their new manager on Thursday and he has already taken charge of a training session.
The club reportedly paid a compensation fee of £20m to sign him from Brighton, and he is now set to earn plenty.
Potter was on around £2m annually with the Seagulls, but he has now been rewarded with a package of around £12m.
If the Englishman were to stay with the Blues for the entire five-year contract, he would pocket a healthy sum of £60m.
Potter deserves the remuneration after the hard work done over the years, but he now has a tough job on his hands at Chelsea.
The owners want the club to finish in the top four of the Premier League, and anything less than that could see Potter sacked.
Potters' first Blues game in charge will be against Red Bull Salzburg in the Champions League on Wednesday night.
