Chelsea plan to make a fresh approach for Inter Milan\'s Denzel Dumfries when the transfer window reopens.
The Blues were fancied to sign the Netherlands international this summer, but did not meet the Nerazzurri\'s transfer valuation.
The Serie A giants were eyeing around €50 million for the right wing-back, but the Blues were reluctant to pay more than €35m.
According to Corriere dello Sport, the west London giants will make a fresh move for the Dutchman at the turn of the year.
Reece James is currently the first choice at right wing-back with Cesar Azpilicueta and Ruben Loftus-Cheek being the back-up.
However, Azpilicueta\'s days could be numbered despite signing a new deal, and Dumfries could be the perfect upgrade on him.
Loftus-Cheek has fared decently as the makeshift right wing-back this year, but Dumfries is undoubtedly better in the final third.
The Dutchman managed an impressive eight goal contributions for Inter last term, and has already registered three this campaign.
