Arsenal are currently in advanced discussions with Bukayo Saka over an improved contract, as per The Athletic.
The England star has been the Gunners' leading performer for the past few years and the club are now keen to prolong his stay.
His current deal expires in the summer of 2024 and it is reported that talks are now 'most advanced' with him over a new contract.
Saka is presently one of the lowest earners in the squad. Back in 2020, he signed a new contract with a weekly salary of £25,000.
The Gunners are willing to reward him with a six-figure salary and reports claim that they are confident of agreeing personal terms.
Apart from Saka, William Saliba and Gabriel Martinelli will also enter the final year of their respective contracts next summer.
The Gunners are expected to give more priority to Saliba, considering they have the option to keep Martinelli for two more years.
Arsenal will be in Europa League action against PSV Eindhoven tomorrow.
