There are concerns that Bukayo Saka may not be a part of the game against Southampton this weekend, after the England star picked up a knock during the game with PSV Eindhoven. Saka appeared to hold his calf during the game, but replays showed that a rival player's studs hurt Saka.

  • Arsenal continued their impressive form with a 1-0 victory over PSV Eindhoven, but the club's support immediately took to Twitter to express concern after Saka appeared to be injured during the game. Arteta opted to play Saka for 81 minutes, before replacing the youngster known affectionately as "Star Boy" with Reiss Nelson.

The Gunners are four points clear at the top of the Premier League table, and Arsenal's support are concerned that any major injury could seriously derail the club's season, as Mo Elneny and Emile Smith Rowe are already on the sidelines with long-term injuries.

After the game, it was revealed that Saka felt OK but there remains some concern if Saka will be fit in time to take part in the Premier League game against Southampton this weekend.
