Arsenal and Manchester United have been touted to sign Chelsea attacker Christian Pulisic during the January transfer window.
The USA international was linked with a loan move away from Stamford Bridge last summer, but he decided to continue at the club.
However, he is now expected to push for a move elsewhere and ESPN claim that he could be available on a temporary basis in January.
Pulisic has experienced difficult season with the Blues and he has made just three Premier League starts under two different managers.
His agent has now informed Arsenal and United over his availability and it remains to be seen whether either club sign him this winter.
Chelsea are currently seven points behind the Champions League places and both Arsenal and United are better positioned for now.
The Gunners are 15 points ahead of them at the top of the standings while United are only three adrift of the Premier League top four.
Chelsea may not want to strengthen either club with Pulisic's services this winter.
